Gourmia FoodStation: six cooking functions in a compact format.

Choosing space-saving kitchen appliances used to be a real headache. The Gourmia FoodStation – a compact, smokeless, multi-functional appliance – replaces six appliances in one: grill, griddle, and air fryer.

According to Heshy Biegeleisen, CEO of SteelStone Group, LLC, manufacturer of the Gourmia line, this device is an improved version of the original FoodStation launched two years ago.

Home cooks can now enjoy smoke-free cooking indoors thanks to an induction-heated grill that reaches 266°C (510°F) with a powerful heating element. Direct contact with the grill faithfully recreates the traditional outdoor barbecue experience, unlike conventional top-down cooking.

Gourmia's hot air frying technology ensures optimal hot air circulation, giving food an authentic crispy texture with up to 80% less fat. A removable, diner-style cooking plate with a uniform surface is ideal for everything from bacon and eggs to burgers and pancakes. Its intuitive control panel offers simple functions and displays the temperature and cooking time. A built-in probe monitors the internal temperature of the food and automatically shuts off the FoodStation once the desired cooking temperature is reached.

Two features make the FoodStation unique: its transparent glass lid, which allows you to monitor the cooking process, and its technology which allows you to grill inside without smoke, even with the lid open.

“You get all the flavor without the smoke,” explains Elisha Jensen, a Costco buyer, who also highlights the availability of dishwasher-safe accessories, such as an air fryer basket, a grill rack, and a grease collection tray with a lid. “These two innovations contribute to a cleaner kitchen and a more consistent cooking temperature. In addition, the extra-large, easy-to-clean cooking surfaces save time, eliminating the need to cook food in batches.”
