Summary of functions

  • Welcome and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy;
  • Answer the phone and send calls;
  • Take telephone messages for cedar retail picking and enter the data into the software (during the cedar season);
  • Create work and delivery vouchers and distribute them to the appropriate departments;
  • Ensure the follow -up of deliveries and equipment receptions;
  • Make email transfers with the documents required for our customers;
  • Take care of the various mailings by mail;
  • Produce various documents and reports;
  • Ensure the reception of administrative documents and their distribution to the respective departments;
  • Perform all other tasks related to the request of your superior.


Qualifications required

  • Hold a secondary school diploma (des) or any relevant training;
  • 2 to 3 years of equivalent experience;
  • English/French bilingualism (written and oral);
  • Excellent customer service;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Be able to do your work with a minimum of supervision;
  • Organize your work in order to establish your priorities;
  • Detail concern and be able to work in a team.


Working conditions

Salary: $ 16.30 at $ 18.91/hour
Number of hours per week: 40 hours
Work schedule: day, Monday to Friday
Employment status: permanent, full time
